These Terms govern your use of Snapswer and your purchase and use of Snapswer Answers.
1. About Snapswer
Snapswer is operated by Rumos Enterprise.
Snapswer helps users turn questions into structured, visual-first Answers. Some Answers are generated or assisted by AI, research systems and automated processes.
2. Snapswer Answers
An Answer is designed to help you understand, compare, decide or solve. Information can contain errors or omissions.
3. Free Preview and Paid Answer
Snapswer may provide a limited Free Answer Preview. The paid product is the complete Answer. Pricing displayed at checkout applies to that purchase.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Delivery and Retrieval
After successful payment, Snapswer may need time to generate the complete Answer. Purchased Answers may be associated with an Answer ID and purchase email for later retrieval.
6. Refund Policy
Snapswer does not generally provide refunds for a completed purchase of an Answer.
A refund may be considered where the customer can demonstrate that the generated Answer is not relevant to the question submitted for that purchase.
Contact Snapswer support with the Answer ID, purchase information and explanation. Snapswer may review the submitted question and generated Answer before deciding whether a refund is appropriate.
This policy does not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use Snapswer unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit malicious code or abuse the service.
8. Intellectual Property
Snapswer branding, software, website design and underlying systems are protected by applicable laws. Purchased Answers may be used for personal or internal purposes subject to law. Resale or substantial redistribution without permission is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Services
Snapswer may rely on third-party hosting, payment, email, AI, research, analytics and security services.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Snapswer is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise every Answer will be complete, current, error-free or appropriate for your circumstances.
11. Changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of Snapswer and may update these Terms.
